MA International Trade Consulting

One thread between two markets.

Sourcing from Uzbekistan for German and European companies. Textiles, dried fruit, nuts and any other product. Pay on arrival available.

Why Uzbekistan

A supplier market most of Europe has not met yet.

Uzbekistan grows its own cotton and its own fruit, and processes both at home. For a European buyer that means shorter chains, fewer middlemen and goods you can trace back to the field. What is often missing is someone who knows both sides. That is our job.

  1. Field to fabric in one country

Cotton is grown, spun, woven and sewn inside Uzbekistan, often within one integrated cluster.

  2. EU trade preferences

Since 2021 Uzbekistan is part of the EU GSP+ scheme, so many of its goods enter the EU with reduced or zero duty.

  3. Cotton back on the map

In 2022 the international cotton boycott ended after independent monitoring found no systemic forced labour.

  4. Land routes to Europe

Goods travel by truck and rail through Central Asia and Turkey, without relying on the long sea route.

What we source

Two harvests, one standard.

Whatever you buy, we check it the same way: in person, on paper and before it ships.

Ask us

What we do

We do the legwork in Uzbekistan. You make the decisions.

Kraft paper sample pouches and cotton fabric swatches laid out for inspection
  • Supplier search and vetting

We find producers that fit your product, volume and standards, and check that they are real, capable and ready to export.

  • Factory visits and quality checks

We visit in person, look at production and check goods before they ship. You get photos and a clear report.

  • Samples and negotiation

We organise samples, compare offers and negotiate price, minimum order and payment terms with the supplier.

  • Compliance and documents

All the documents and proof your company needs, including for the German supply chain law.

  • Logistics and customs

We plan the route, coordinate freight and make sure the papers are ready for EU customs.

  • Pre-financing

Optional: we pay the producer in advance and you pay for the goods when they arrive in Germany, for a service fee.

Optional pay-on-arrival service

We pay the supplier. You pay when the goods arrive in Germany.

No advance payment to a supplier you have never met. We pre-finance the order, organise freight and customs, and you pay for the goods once they are in Germany.

  1. UZ

    We pay in advance

MAITC pays the verified producer in Uzbekistan.

  2. We bring it to you

Quality check, freight, papers and customs, handled by us.

  3. DE

    You pay on arrival

You pay for the goods when they arrive in Germany.

Pay on arrival is an optional service with its own fee. Prefer to buy directly from the producer and save it? We organise that for you too. Terms are agreed in writing for each order.

How it works

Four steps from first call to first delivery.

  1. 01

    Free call

You tell us what you need: product, volume, quality, price range and timing.

  2. 02

    Shortlist

We search, visit and check suppliers, then send you a shortlist with prices and samples.

  3. 03

    Order

You choose. We negotiate the contract, follow production and inspect the goods before shipping.

  4. 04

    Delivery

We coordinate freight and documents until the goods reach your warehouse.

Press and hold to connect both ends.

Questions

The worries we hear most.

Buying from a new country raises fair questions. Here are straight answers.

Can I buy Uzbek cotton under the German supply chain law (LkSG)?

Yes, if you can show where it comes from and how it was made. We visit producers and document the chain back to the cotton. The legal duty stays with your company, but you get the evidence and the on-site view to meet it. We go through the details with you personally.

How do I know the goods will match the sample?

We check production in person and inspect the goods before they leave. For food we arrange the tests the EU requires, so nothing gets stopped at the border.

What are typical minimum orders?

It depends on the product and the factory. Many mills and processors accept a smaller first order from a serious buyer. We negotiate this for you and tell you honestly what is realistic.

Can I get samples first?

Yes. Samples are the normal first step. We organise them, check them before they go out and ship them to you.

How does payment work?

You choose. With our pay-on-arrival service, we pay the producer in advance and you pay for the goods when they arrive in Germany, for a service fee. To save that fee, you can buy directly from the producer, and we organise the deal and help you agree safe terms. Everything is agreed in writing before production starts.

Do I need to speak Russian or Uzbek?

No. You talk to us in German or English. We handle the conversations with suppliers.

What does working with you cost?

The first call is free. After that you get a clear written quote for your project before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Can you source products other than textiles and food?

Yes. Textiles and food are where we work most, but we source any product made in Uzbekistan. Send us your request, and our team finds suitable producers, visits them and checks them before you commit to anything.
